User Conduct
Holidaylettings4you.co.uk reserve the right to modify and correct any of the information on this website including customer adverts at any time and without prior notice. This includes the cropping and resizing of images, editing text and any other information that may be deemed incorrect or misleading. We also check all listings on a regular basis to ensure that they are displayed correctly in the best interests of the advertiser and of our website. We reserve the right to remove any adverts on this website that are misleading, incomplete or contain any inappropriate material. No refunds of any paid registration fee´s will be offered in this respect.

Guestbooks and Reviews
All Guestbook entries must be genuine comments from your guests. We reserve the right to request the email address of the guests whose comments are included for verification. As from 23rd of July 2011 holidaymakers can now write reviews and rate your property based on their stay for other holidaymakers to read. There review won't go live on the advert immediately and the property owner won't see your review at this stage. First we will contact the property owner or manager to verify your name and holiday dates, they will have five days to confirm whether you stayed at their property other wise the review will go live automatically.

Please Note: Once a review has been submitted to us, you cannot edit or delete it.

External links
We reserve the right to remove from advertisements email addresses or links to external websites which either do not conform to our policy, or which we feel not appropriate, or act against the interests of us or our customers. Should an Advertiser add a link or email address without consent, re-add a link or email address after its removal or remove reciprocated links from their website, we reserve the right to cancel their advertising agreement without refund.

Termination
This website in its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend an advertisers password, account or use of the service and remove and discard any data within the service if an advertiser fails to comply with this Agreement. If an advertiser wishes to have their advertisement removed from our website before there renewal date, this will be done as soon as we receive notice by email or using the 'Contact Us' page, quoting their full name and property reference number and password. No refunds will be given

Security Verification for Advertisers
Holidaylettings4you uses security tests to ensure that the people on the site are real. We may contact you by telephone or post to verify your identity. your ip address is also recorded for security reasons. We have also introduced email and photo verification for new advertisers on holidaylettings4you for 2011. Failure to comply will result in you being removed from our website tempory untill your verified.

Limitation of Liability
We are an advertising service for holiday home owners, hotels and guest houses and accommodation search facility for other users of our site i.e (Holiday makers) We have absolutely no involvement in the booking process or transaction, as you deal directly with the owners, although we may provide tools to enable the transaction between Advertiser and Holidaymaker. It is the sole responsibility of the Advertiser for renting the property and the sole responsibility of the Holidaymaker to pay for the rental. Any contract for the rental of any property listed on our site is directly between the Advertiser and the Holidaymaker and we are not a party to that contract. In recognition of this, you acknowledge that any claim you may have that is in any way connected with a dispute you have with an Advertiser on our site must be brought directly against that of the Advertiser and not against us.

Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and do not accept responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from them.

Complaints
For any issues that may arise please contact us via our contact us page. We will try to resolve any problems or complaints as soon as possible.

Reporting an advert
Every advert on Holidaylettings4you has a 'Report Advert' link located at the top corner on the right. Advertisers who are reported to us for any unusal behaviour or requests will be investigated further by our team. Failure to comply will result in your advert being removed tempory from our website untill you can verify ownership of the property. failure to comply will result in termanation of your advert agreement with no refund.
