About The Balloch Area

Ideal location which is quite and rural but with the benefits of having lots of activities close at hand. 10 minutes walk from the apartment takes you to the Loch Lomond Shores visitors complex with shops, cafes, restaurants, a large Tourist information centre and fortnightly farmers market and Aquarium. There is canoeing and pedalo hire on the Loch and cycle hire in summer months. Also a cycle path along the banks of Loch Lomond to Luss. Set on 200 acres, Balloch Castle Country Park is on the bonnie bonnie banks of Loch Lomond and offers woodland and lochside walks, a nature trail and moated mound marking the site of the ancient Balloch Castle.

Several events take place in and around Balloch each year.

On this road you take the 2nd right which will take you into our car park.

2 bedroom Luxury top floor self-catering holiday rental apartment with Balcony, River views and landscaped gardens. It is fully equipped to accommodate 5 adults. King size bed in master bedroom with 32" TV and dvd link and en suite bathroom with double shower . Twin beds in second bedroom with 32" tv. Dining table in kitchen, marine fish wall aquarium, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. Property has full central heating, private car park to front of property and a large back garden. Close to shops and tourist attractions, train station and bus stops, balloch is a great town to stay in.

All our prices are based on fair usage of heating and electricity at all times, we ask that the heating and electricity is used reasonably, a meter reading will be taken before your stay and if exceeded usage is recorded you will be charged.

Further Details


1. SMOKING- only permitted on Balcony!

2. ENTRY- your entry starts at 2pm on day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Unless otherwise agreed.

3. DAMAGE AND GOOD HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT - A damage deposit of £150 will be required. This will be returned in full within 1 week of your departure so long as there has been no damage and the apartment is left as it was found.

4. BOOKING - A booking will only be confirmed on receipt of payment, names and ages of party staying in apartment. DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be due on arrival and will only be accepted by cash. Passport or driving licence required on arrival.

5. GUESTS/ NUMBER OF PERSONS- Only the members of the paying party are permitted in the property and Only the number of persons agreed may use the property. The number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping places. Should the owner find that the number of people staying at the property exceeds that on the booking. You will be asked to vacate the property at once with no refund. A 5th person can be accommodated on guest bed in the lounge at an additional charge of £50 for a short break and £100 for a week.

6. AGE RESTRICTION - The person booking must be 25 or over.

7. DAMAGES ETC - You must ensure that the property is securely locked when not occupied during holiday let. You must replace any breakages, damages or losses, or reimburse the property owner for such breakages, damages or losses.Furniture and ornaments are not to be moved. Otherwise you could lose a part or your full damage deposit or legal proceedings will be taken.

8. CLEANING - The property will be cleaned throughout at the beginning of the rental period. Bedding changed after 7 days if stating two weeks

9. CANCELLATIONS - We reserve the right to cancel any booking within 2 months of your booking for any unseen circumstances with a full refund. Cancellations made by booking party will result loss of any payment made.
