A 2 bedroom first floor apartment (sleeps up to 6) is offered for rent in this luxury resort that includes: Spa (due 2012), 2 adult swimming pools/1 paddling pool, secure parking, landscaped gardens, village location, 1 km from beach.
A visit to Larnaca is a must as it is the oldest inhabited place in the island and is full of wonderful buildings and architecture. It is full of great shops including specialities of carpet, sheepskin rugs and brassworks. The Salt Lake in winter fills with migrating birds including pink flamingoes who are a spectacular sight. In summer the water evaporates leaving a crust of salt and grey dust. There are several excellent museums including the "Pierides", "Pierides" and "District" museums. At the far eastern promenade is a Turkish fort dating back to 1625 and nearby the "Djami Kebir" mosque of the sixteenth century. If you like boats there is a large Marina that you can stroll by that can accommodate several hundred berths. Just inland from the marina is a Tourist office. Something different on a hot day is to drive up the Troodos mountains with spectacular views with lots of local shopping buying food & gifts. Mazotos is ideally located for residential, retirement and leisure purposes, being 4 minutes by car to the beach, 8 minutes from the new championship PGA golf and leisure complex at Tersefanou (to be completed 2011/2) and about 20 minutes from Maroni, the home of "Wonderworld", the proposed water and theme park. The Camel park is 5 minutes away and a great family visit.
Activities include golf, water sports, fishing, horse riding, golf (30 mins away), walking, cycling, archery (planned with new PGA golf course facilities).

Larnaca airport is an easy 20 minutes away, getting a cab or picking up a car is also very quick. Larnaca is an ideal base to explore the rest of the island including Limassol, Paphos, Ayia Napa, Farmagusta, Protoras and the Troodos mountains (great for fantastic walks). You can get a cab from the airport but if you intend to sightsee a car is essential.

There are many extras including a Panasonic 32" TV with Cinema Surround Sound, CD/DVD player and IPod Docking station. Air Conditioning/heating units in each room. Mood lighting creates a luxurious feel to both lounge and kitchen area. The large private balcony area seats 4 at the table with 2 sun loungers (the balcony area has its own lighting). Both the lounge and Master bedroom come with roller and vertical blinds with voiles in both for privacy. Both bedrooms come with ample hanging and storage space. Personal deposit box provided in the Apartment. Children are catered for with plastic cutlery, plates and a booster seat. The Spa is an amazing place to relax in with all the usual beauty treatments one would expect. Also on site are 3 swimming pools, secure underground parking with private storage area.
