Short Description - Summary
Our property has a lovely tropical garden with many variations of exotic flowers,cactuses and different fruit trees. The beach house,cabins and rooms is built in European style design,built in hand made bricks and wood with small stylish ceramics here and there,the roofs are covered with exotic dried palm leaves. Everything together makes the place very warm and welcoming.

In Playas, you can find many kind of services as local fish, super market and fruit market, pharmacy, hospital, taxis, ice cream stores and by the beach its many small restaurants with Ecuadorian typical food mostly coming fresh from the ocean.
As most recreative and sport activities here, you can find very good surfing spots or you can rent a horse and ride on the beach enjoying a lovely romantic sunset on the enormous endless beach for an hour or longer for around $10. Or maybe relax your body and enjoy the beach on sun chairs and parasol for $3 -$8 for a day.
Whale watching !!!:
From June to August, the humpback whales chose the Ecuadorian coast to do an special dance of love, and to conquer the female and complete the reproduction circle. Also the humpback babies get birth here, and learn how to swim next to the mother. Its possible for the tourist to take special tours from Playas to go further out on the ocean and be part of this amazing nature's miracle.
Dolphins watching!!:
Near to Playas (just 14 km) is located Puerto El Morro, where the adventure with dolphins is starting... This is a little town next to a special bay where this marvellous animals learned how to share with humans. They usually escort, as a special company, the small boats sailing on this sweet/salty water. You can also rent this boats to go some place called Bird Island, and in the way you can also ask for sport fishing.

Located 2 KM outside the town of 'Playas', which is about 90 Km from the large city and international airport, Guayaquil. From the airport, a $30-40 cab ride gets you to the beach house in about an hour. Buses leave every few minutes and take a little more than 2 hours. The setting is tranquil beach near a small fishing town that attracts local Ecuadorian tourists from Guayaquil on weekends. Lots of seafood restaurants and food stands can be found along the beach front closer to the town.

Property Description
La Posada del Sueco is a beach front house. Walk out the back gate right onto the enormous empty beach. European-style house with balcony overlooking ocean. On the property we have 14 beds altogether 2 cabins with 4 beds in each and 2 new suits with double beds. The house have 2 living rooms, dining area, sliding doors to garden, Pool with waterfall fountain, BBQ, a exotic garden with tropical flowers, music bar with cocktails and dreams. Very safe little fishing town, shallow, gentle slopes into ocean with waves big enough to surf and be convincing but not dangerous, little or no current. Gated courtyard in front with parking fully maintained and guarded. Restaurants nearby at small hotels and one small 'resort' where inexpensive massage, gym and squash is available and wider variety of European-style food.
Main house: 5 people $750/Weekly.
House + 1Cabin: 8 people $1200/Weekly.
House + 2 cabins: 12 people $1600/Weekly.
House + 2 cabins + 1 double room 14 people $1800/Weekly.
