The mild climate and many possibilities during all the year bring an impressive 12 million visitors from various countries to the Balearic Island. Sun, beach, various activities, culture, excursions, shopping and nightlife - in Majorca, everything is possible.
The most impressive and imposing building in Palma is the gigantic cathedral. It is situated in the Old town in the modern park Parc de la Mar. Near to the cathedral you will find the second most important buildings of Palma, the Almudaina palace. Palma's Old town with its see sights, small romantic streets and with a Medi-terranean ambience will fascinate you.
Various fish restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, bars, boutiques, galleries and museum of famous artists attract not only the tourists but also the local habitants. Very famous is the romantic mountain villages of Valldemossa, where the composer Frederic Chopin and George Sand lived for one while, the artistic Fornalutx, which has been considered as the most beautiful village in Spain, or the artists' village of Deia.

Property Description
The luxury-home-style vacation home has seven double bedrooms and four bathrooms, kitchen, private pool, spacious sun terraces and is set in fourth sea line. More pictures and details can be found on the homepage villa-playa.com.
The 75 sqm of spacious living room in penthouse-style offers a fire place, TV area, dining area for 8 persons and directly access to the pool. The complete and modern equipped kitchen offers another dining table for seven persons, two big refrigerators, a freezer and a pantry.
You may use the entire terrain freely, the kitchen, the living room, pantry, the outside-kitchen with big BBQ area together with refrigerator, pool-bar, generous sun-or shadow-terrace and the pool.
Two of the three double rooms(room 1 and 2) are served by one bathroom with comfortable massage-shower, WC and wash-basins. The room 3 includes an individual bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. The ground floor comprises of a room 4 with bathroom en suite (bathtub, shower and wash-basin), the room 5 disposes of a big double bed and gaze over the pool. The first floor has two big bedrooms with bath en suite.
Sufficient parking places you will find directly in front of the house. The rental price per day is from 175 up to 650 Euros for the whole house.

After booking you have to pay in advance 50 % of the rental amount on our bank account. We recommend you to book a travel insurance that you can get very cheap in internet. Additionaly we work with our business partner, called HomeAway Group that insures all guest payments up to 4000 Euros. So you have any financial risk. For further details you can contact us, we make the insurance for all our clients automatically.
For groups up to 6 persons, we provide during the low season a special discount of 50% on the normal rental prices (limited number of persons and bedrooms!). By this bookings must be paid the total amount in advance because of the special high discount.
Then you pay only 500 Euros of the loss damage deposit instead of 1000 Euros. It is high recommendable to book the loss damage insurance that covered any damaged. A weekly change of bed linen and towels are included. We only charge for the final cleaning 300 Euros. You can use for free a wireless Wi-Fi-WLAN internet access or modem. The loss damage deposit will be refunded after the return of the house key and after cleaning as well as an inspection by the landlord or his key holder within four weeks by bank.
